Set a pretty table

Setting a pretty table doesn’t have to be hard! Using a few key elements and items you have on hand, you can create a fabulous table for entertaining, family dinners or your own viewing pleasure.

I like to start with fresh flowers. There are many cost effective sources for flowers. I like to go to Trader Joe’s or Costco for their fabulous roses.

Decide what your color scheme will be. I usually take my cue from the dishes I will use or the linens. Below, I used our wedding china for our anniversary dinner party. I chose white linens, white and silver accessories and blue flowers. Something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue!
